Con James Kittos - Chief Executive and Group Managing Director MIntBus, GAICD, FAIM, Dip ACTG

Con has been the CEO of the Knight Group for 8 years and has extensive leadership experience in both private and public companies in the education and technology markets.
Prior to joining Angus Knight, Con led the corporate educational division of Computer Power Limited (CPG.ASX). During his tenure he was responsible for increasing the revenue and profitability of the division. Prior to Computer Power, Con was the Asia Pacific Sales Director at Acer Computer Australia. During his time as Sales Director, he was responsible for revenue of $250 million per annum and grew the organisation’s market share from tenth to second largest in the segment. Con is a graduate member of the AICD and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Con holds an accounting qualification and has a Masters Degree in International Business. He was the recipient of the National Platinum Award for outstanding industry leadership and commitment to people development in the Tourism and Hospitality industry.
 

Stephen Bunston – CFO/ Company Secretary BEc, GDip Business Admin, MAICD

Stephen has been the CFO of the Angus Knight Group for 7 years and has been instrumental in managing the financing and contractual requirements for four (4) business acquisitions. Stephen has driven the development of sound financial and reporting processes across the Group. In the four years prior to joining Angus Knight, Stephen was the Financial Controller for the Pacific Region of Data General, which was subsequently purchased by EMC. Stephen’s previous experience also includes senior finance and marketing roles within the information technology industry over a period of 18 years. Stephen is a member of the AICD.

Amanda MacLean – Group COO

Amanda has been employed within the Knight Group for over 4 years. Amanda has 19 years experience in marketing and operational management in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. Her experience includes 16 years national and international marketing management experience with AT&T Ltd in London, KPMG, Telstra Corporation, and The Australia Quality Council. Amanda brings extensive operational and project management experience which has assisted Jobfind in numerous projects including incorporating the Commonwealth Government Welfare to Work programs within the business.
 

Katherine Purcell – Group HR Manager

Katherine joined the Knight Group 2 years ago. Katherine has over 18 years experience in HR management working within leading professional services organisations in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her HR experience includes working with a national law firm, Anderson Consulting and The Royal Blind Society of NSW. Katherine has extensive experience in managing change in mergers and acquisitions.

Michael Hughes – Executive Director, Jobfind

Michael Hughes joined the Knight Group in 2006. Michael has extensive sales and marketing experience both here in Australia and the United States. In his previous ten years he was the National Sales Manager with Reed Construction Data (formerly Cordell), a subsidiary of the multinational publishing group Elsevier. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing initiatives and product development and now leads Jobfind Centres Australia employer-engagement strategy.
