Con Kittos – Chief Executive Officer & Group Managing Director

Con has been the CEO of the Angus Knight Group since 1999 and has extensive leadership experience in both private and public companies in the education and technology markets. Prior to joining Angus Knight, Con led the corporate educational division of Computer Power Limited (CPG.ASX). Con is a graduate member of the AICD and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Con holds an accounting qualification and has a Masters Degree in International Business. Under Con’s leadership the business has grown three fold through a combination of organic growth, acquisitions and tender wins. Con is on the Board of the National Employment Services Association (NESA).
Stephen Bunston – Chief Financial Officer
BEc, GDip Business Admin, MAICD
Stephen has been the CFO of the Angus Knight Group since 2000 and has been instrumental in managing the financing and contractual requirements for six business acquisitions. This growth has been under-pinned by his involvement in a recent capital raising, resulting in Westpac Direct Equity Investment becoming a shareholder in Angus Knight. Steve has driven the development of sound financial and reporting processes across the Group. In the four years prior to joining Angus Knight, Stephen was the Financial Controller for the Pacific Region of Data General, which was subsequently purchased by EMC Corporation. Steve’s previous experience also includes senior finance and marketing roles within the information technology industry over a period of 18 years. Steve is a member of the AICD. |
Amanda MacLean – Chief Operating Officer
BBus, Dip Financial Management
Amanda joined the Angus Knight Group in 2002 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since 2006. Amanda has strong knowledge and experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, having worked both in Australia and overseas, in marketing and operational management over the past 20 years. Prior to joining Angus Knight, Amanda held management positions at the Australia Quality Council, KPMG, AT&T and Telstra. At Angus Knight, Amanda oversees the day-to-day business, with both key operational and project management roles. Amanda has a clear mission to increase the profitability and efficiency of the business while maintaining a commitment to excellence.

Katherine Purcell – Group HR Manager
Katherine joined the Angus Knight Group in 2005. Katherine has over 18 years experience in HR management working within leading professional services organisations in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her HR experience includes working with a national law firm, Anderson Consulting and The Royal Blind Society of NSW. Katherine has extensive experience in managing change in mergers and acquisitions.

Tony Pollock – Chief Information Officer
Tony Pollock joined the Angus Knight executive in June 2008. Prior to joining the group Tony was the CIO at Mission Australia where he streamlined all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support across Australia. Prior to Mission, Tony held various Business leadership positions at Bravura, Wilcom International and Dell. Tony is an experienced member of the IT business community with 20 years in IT, delivering business systems solutions and management across a number industry sectors and geographies.

Michael Hughes – Executive Director, Jobfind Centres Australia
B.A. Lit (High Honors)
Michael Hughes joined the Angus Knight Group in 2006. Michael has extensive sales and marketing experience both here in Australia and the United States. Prior to joining Angus Knight, he was National Sales Manager for over 10 years with Reed Construction Data, a subsidiary of the multinational publishing group Reed Elsevier. He has extensive experience in recruitment, training, strategic planning, marketing and product development and, after initially commencing with Jobfind to drive greater employer engagement, Michael was appointed as Executive Director in May, 2007. He is currently responsible for implementing and managing both operational and strategic objectives for all of Jobfind’s contracts with government and private enterprise.
